Fulcrum Winches - Material Handling

Ingersoll Rand Fulcrum Winches are electrically powered utility winches. They are suitable for a wide variety of applications and available in two configurations - EP for pulling applications and EL for lifting applications. Fulcrum winches offer an extensive array of options to further enhance application flexibility. All Fulcrum electric winches feature a totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC), NEMA B class motors with up to 280% starting torque and a 5:1 design factor with a two year warranty. Fulcrum Series winches are designed to meet or exceed North American ANSI/ ASME B30.7 standards while providing dependable, cost effective performance in a rugged, safe, and versatile package.

Durability:

Fully enclosed planetary gear boxes seal out environmental contaminants
Fabricated steel frame provides maximum product life
Integrated lifting lugs simplify transport and installation

Safety:

5:1 design factor for safe working load
Automatic disc motor brake for full control
Manual brake release handle for lowering of loads in the event of power failure

Performance:

High-torque, continuous duty TEFC NEMA B class motor, rated for continuous duty in high cycle applications
Variable mounting configurations including deck, wall, or ceiling (inverted) mounting
Versatile cable anchor design accepts multiple wire rope sizes and allows the cable to be spooled from the bottom (underwound) or top (overwound) of the drum
Worldwide 3 phase voltage options available
