Ingersoll Rand venturi-based vacuum cup systems provide an ideal solution for handling and manipulating non- and low-porous items with basic shapes and flat surfaces such as glass, cardboard boxes, sheet metal, aluminum, plastic, doors, lids/covers, boards and plywood. These systems are available in either standard 1-cup or 4-cup configurations, or as custom solutions to handle any application. The units perform best when the item being lifted weighs less than 300 lb (136 kg), but higher capacities are achievable. Ingersoll Rand vacuum handling devices are pneumatically controlled and come standard with a safety interlock so loads can not be dropped during transfer.
