Signature Bundle Handler

The Signature Bundle Handler is the right tool for the job when it comes to bindery operations. The bundle handling systems allow one person to easily move large bundles of catalogs or brochures that would otherwise be unmanageable. Featuring standard single- and dual-cylinder configurations, these bundle handlers can accommodate multiple size bundles up to 250 lb. (113 kg) and 48 in. (1.2 m) in length. Units are designed to be supported by an air balancer and operated with Integrated ZA pendant controls.

Safety:

Lifted bundles are safety interlocked during transfer to prevent accidental release of the load.

Versatility:

Side, end, or swivel handle controls are standard. Power rotation and self-leveling packages are also available upon request.
Standard paddles for end boards up to 12 x 12 in. (305 x 305 mm). Extended paddle configurations are also available.
Positive secure gripping and pickup reduces bundle damage and improves quality.
