Torque and Lift Tubes allow parts to be lifted, lowered, moved and brought into optimum working position with minimal force required by the operator. These lift tubes relieve the operator of both part weight and torque reaction up to 100 Nm, resulting in increased workplace productivity. These are light capacity torque tubes for loads up to 60 lb. (27 kg). They feature a pneumatic cylinder for lift assist and have 20 in. (508 mm) of vertical travel. The product is available in a 100 Nm tube, 250 Nm tube, or 500 Nm tube.

Versatility:

  • Superior linear bearings for effortless vertical travel and maintenance free operation
  • The IRZ series has an adjustable reaction bar between 40 in. (1,016 mm) and 60 in. (1,524 mm), at 2 in. (50 mm) increments, eliminating the need for extension tubes and to ensure proper positioning of unit
  • Optional single or dual trolley suspension kits for suspending from an overhead rail system
  • Optional 360 degree 3-axis or fixed 2-axis tool holder clamps are available
