TR2U and TR3U trolleys, with capacities ranging from 1 to 62.5 metric tons, are available as standard equipment for the Liftchain hoist series. They are also widely used in various heavy-duty OEM lifting applications where high safety standards and compact design are essential.

These trolleys are offered with multiple power options, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric drives, as well as a manual version.

Standard Features:

  • Plain, geared and motorized configurations. Heavy duty steel construction. Adjustable flange (see model specifications). Corrosion resistant treated wheels mounted on bearings. May be configured to fit flat or tapered beam.

  • 5:1 design factor. Automatic disc brake. Rubber bumpers. "Anti-drop" rail sweeps.

Versatile Design:
